PLOT
Tomoru Shindo is a City 5 resident who attends college. He uses a device while he sleeps to experiment with frequencies that are similar to those released by the brain while it is sleeping. Thus, he can use its amplification capabilities while sleeping to record both his own and other people's thoughts and dreams. He gathers bits of knowledge from an unknown source, which is gradually developing into a dream of various complexities. Every night, the story revolves on a woman who is being restrained by hostile characters in several dimensions. In every situation, the two of them run into each other and narrowly escape danger. Each morning, as he struggles to understand and deal with the size of the dreams, Tomoru strives to synchronize his hardware with the beacon.
