PLOT
On February 24, 2018, a massive creature known as a Heterodyne makes an appearance in the Northwest Gap of the Sea of Japan and goes on a rampage, devastating a large city and killing countless people before being killed by a "O-E (Over-Explosion) bomb," a type of nuclear weapon. Following this, the 21st Century Defense Security Corporation created a massive robotic weapon system for the military under the code name Dai-Guard as a substitute for the usage of such weapons in the future.
