PLOT
One day, Sakurakouji took the bus. Sakura glances out the window to witness people being consumed by a blue fire as a guy around her age stands guard over them uninjured. The following day, when she returns to the scene, there are no corpses or other indications of a murder, other than a small fire. Sakura learns the new transfer student is the same boy she saw the day before when she arrives at class. Sakura quickly discovers that he is Ogami Rei, the sixth "Code: Breaker," a unique class of assassin with an odd ability and a member of a secret government agency.
