PLOT
The anime is set in the far future, after the Earth's oceans have risen and largely flooded the planet. Numerous people were killed by flooding brought on by the rogue scientist Zorndyke, and the majority of the last remaining human cities have been invaded or destroyed by Zorndyke's army of half-human, half-animal "hybrids." For survival, the humans left start a war on Zorndyke's aquatic creations. The submarine forces of humanity, one of which is the subject of the story, Blue Submarine #6, represent humanity's best chance for a peaceful solution to the fight
