PLOT
"Blood+" is an anime series that follows the story of Saya Otonashi, a seemingly ordinary girl suffering from amnesia, who lives with her adoptive family and can't recall anything beyond the past year of her life. Her life takes a sudden turn when she is attacked by a monster, known as a Chiropteran, which feeds on human blood. Saya discovers that she is the only one who can defeat these creatures, using her own blood, which has lethal effects on them. As Saya fights off the Chiropterans and slowly regains her memory, she learns about her true identity and her past as a fearsome warrior. She also uncovers her connection to a secretive organization known as Red Shield, which is dedicated to defeating the Chiropterans.
