PLOT
The human race on the planet Vega (also known as Vga) is threatened by a new threat from the planet Altair (also known as Arutea Kai), whose female population was wiped out by a mysterious illness known as the Curse of Eve (also known as Ivu no Noroi), twelve thousand years after the events of Genesis of Aquarion. Similar to the Shadow Angels, the Alteans assault the cities of Vega using their "Abductors" to abduct the female residents in an effort to ensure the survival of their race. The Neo-DEAVA organization forms two squads to resist the invasion, one with only men and the other with only women, each of whom controls a massive vessel called a "Aquaria." Teenager Amata Sora uses a power he has hidden all his life in order to defend their new companion Mikono. By fusing Vectors with male and female pilots into a single robot, the mythical giant Aquarion is reborn.
