PLOT
In an Academy City, which is a highly superior city from the rest of the world in terms of technology, Kamijou Touma is a student. He is a level zero esper which means that he has no Powers. However he carries the Imagine Breaker on his right hand which is an ability that cancels any power. One day, Touma encounters a little girl named Index, she is trying to run away from an organization she is a member of called the Necessarius. They are a magic organization that possess a lot of power in their hands. Index has the power of remembering everything she reads for once. So she holds the information of 103.000 banned magical books within her brain. Touma must fight a lot of dangerous espers and magicians as the science and magic cross paths.
