Ainz (actually Pandora's Actor in disguise) investigates Sebas' possible betrayal, with Demiurge, Victim, and Cocytus as witnesses. He orders Sebas to kill Tuare to confirm his loyalty. Sebas does so and, having his attacked blocked by Cocytus, is proven to be a steadfast servant to Nazarick. After the real Ainz arrives, the Overlord hears Tuare's full name and realizes she is the sister of Ninya (the spell caster from the Swords of Darkness), thus he allows Sebas' request of having her as a provisional maid...
