Professor Itsuki is thankful for Kaoru's work in his institute and makes a present of two tickets for a sea trip to Yokohama. Professor Itsuki insists on taking his "girlfriend" there. However, since all of the female tenants except Aoi are away and busy, this is Kaoru's chance to finally spend time alone with Aoi.
