They see Leo who also helps them two about who is the real thief broken into Kevina's locker. And they actually found the culprit, who is Leo himself. Because he is the one who broke into his girlfriend, Kevina's locker. The reason why he steals the scrunchies for Kevina is that he wanted her to notice him when he found them. And the one who is also behind it was none other than, Leo's twin brother, Tiger. Because he's the one who is responsible for the crime scene at school too. But in the end, Leo was forgiven by Kevina. But, now she falls in love with his twin brother, Tiger. Much to his and the S.B.I.'s dismay. Culprits: Leo and Tiger.
