Using stock manipulation, Ash collapses the value of the Corsican mafia's front companies and steals $90 million from their accounts, which he uses to purchase a condominium that neighbors a Corsican-owned building. Golzine is forced to leave New York to answer to his superiors in France and leaves Arthur in charge of capturing Ash.
