PLOT

Once a feared necromancer known as the Corpse God, after a monumental battle, he is reborn into the modern world as Polka Shinoyama, a seemingly ordinary Tokyo boy. Navigating the challenges of his new life, he quickly becomes the target of various supernatural factions. Misaki Sakimiya, a high schooler with the ability to see spirits, is one of his adversaries, showing a deep animosity towards him from their very first encounter. Thrown into a whirlwind of danger, Polka soon aligns with Takumi Kuruya, a tech-savvy contractor with prowess in surveillance, and Lisa Kuraki, a formidable crime lord reigning over Shinjuku. Together with these allies and others he meets along the way, Polka delves deep into the mystery of his rebirth and the looming threats facing his new world.
