PLOT
In the shadowy world of high-seas crime, a group of special agents makes a significant arrest: the captain of the cruise ship suspected of smuggling and other illicit deeds. While the captain maintains his innocence, whispers among the crew suggest they know more. With the agents toasting to their success, only Agent Steel senses something amiss, suspecting a deeper conspiracy at play. The captain's subsequent suicide within his prison cell closes the case for most, but not for the relentless Agent Steel. Enter Jonathan Fall. A black sheep in a lineage of naval distinction, Jonathan lags behind in accomplishments and respect, making him feel like an outsider even within his family. Seeing an opportunity to shield their operations, Mr. Tyrant, the cruise ship's influential owner, instructs his crew to find a naive captain who can be easily manipulated. A captain who, if required, could take the blame should they run into legal trouble again. Liza and Pedro, two senior crew members, find Jonathan's details at a recruitment agency. Realizing he fits the bill, they promptly appoint him as the captain of the Caribbean Queen.
