PLOT
The local police force is unable to stop Brandon "Big Boss" Babel and his gang of thieves from turning Empire City into a refuge for criminal activity in the year 2020. Mayor Davis requests aid from the authorities. The FBI dispatched Special Agent Baldwin P. Vess (Codename: Bulletproof) to help bring down Big Boss. Vess, however, suffers extremely serious injuries in a car accident following a fight with Big Boss' criminal minions and must be taken to the hospital. After years of therapy, Vess receives a synthetic, bulletproof torso that allows him to walk once more.
