PLOT
After the events of All Dogs Go to Heaven 2, Charlie and Itchy are now a guardian angel couple living in San Francisco. They are given a mission to complete in each episode by Annabelle, and despite their best efforts to act morally, they inevitably find themselves in uncomfortable circumstances. Along with Charlie's buddies, the Irish Setter Sasha, the whippet angel Annabelle, and the human youngster David, Charlie's cunning adversary Carface and his sidekick, Killer, who both made appearances in the first movie, also made an appearance. Three new characters are also introduced in this season of the program: Belladonna, the evil cousin of Annabelle, and award-winning purebred show dog Bess. Lance is a Doberman Pinscher who follows the rules and is Itchy's romantic interest.
