PLOT
The planet is left without its primary source of water after years of natural disaster and war; the river that supplied the nation with water long ago dried up. Citizens of Sand Land start robbing one another for water and cash as the avaricious monarch of the land's personal water supply becomes more and more expensive for them to purchase. Sheriff Rao asks the devils of Sand Land for assistance in finding a new water source since he is sick of the king's greed. Beelzebub, a demon prince, and Thief, a companion, consent to join Rao. Their automobile breaks down shortly after they start their adventure, forcing them to steal a tank from the king's troops. The monarch becomes enraged by this and gathers his troops to stop them. The present army's attempts to obstruct their advance are all easily dealt with by Sheriff Rao, a legendary former general of the king's army. They discover a lake that now serves as the king's exclusive reserves once they arrive at the alleged water supply at the end of the now dried-up river bed. Rao, the demons, and others who support them destroy the dam, which had been built to give the king a monopoly over water. The king's tyrannical rule ends as a result of the water being returned to the world.
