PLOT
The protagonist of the middle school drama Whistle! is Sh Kazamatsuri. He moves from Musashinomori School to Sakura Jsui Junior High School in order to have a better chance of making the soccer team because, due to his little size, he was never given the opportunity to play at his previous school. When his teacher, Yko Katori, introduces him as a former star of the illustrious Musashinomori squad, his classmates become mistakenly thrilled. Tatsuya Mizuno, one of the players, immediately claims that he was never a regular. In other words, Sh is a bad player because he was never given the opportunity to play. Sh tries to develop his abilities so he may join the team at his new school while ignoring the significant disadvantage his height presents.
