Kae Serinuma is a dedicated otaku and a kind-hearted second-year high school student. But a little known detail about her is that she's BL, or Boy's Love, crazy. Serinuma adores daydreaming about her male classmates getting together and can't help but think about them falling in love. Serinuma's noticeable weight gain is a better-known truth, though. One day Serinuma is watching her favorite show when she sees the demise of the character she loves the most. She is so hopelessly depressed that she lacks the willpower to even eat her meals, let alone go to school. She ultimately heals after a full week. But there's something strange about her now—during the time she was in her room, she ended up dropping a lot of weight and has miraculously transformed into a stunningly attractive woman! She suddenly becomes the center of attention for four males she has known from her school her entire life, grabbing the attention of everyone who sees her.
