PLOT
Japan just does not have a bread that can compare in terms of reputation, but nations like France, England, and Germany all have their own internationally renowned bread. Kazuma Azuma sets out on a mission to make Japan's own special national bread after learning about the glories of breadmaking at an early age. Azuma is able to advance his baking innovations even further because to the exceptionally warm hands that enable dough to ferment more quickly. Azuma meets other great bakers and gets a close look at the cutthroat nature of the baking industry when he begins working for the famed Japanese bakery company Pantasia. Azuma works to produce brand-new, unmatched bread that will spark a baking revolution with his new allies and foes.
