PLOT

Mihira Sanpei is a down-to-earth boy with a positive outlook who speaks with a Tohou accent. He is a young man who prefers fishing above all else, but when it comes to fishing, he becomes quite serious. He lives in a village that is surrounded by nature, which presents a variety of fishing difficulties. Sanpei, who has a great sense for fishing despite his lack of expertise, aims to maximize his talent by participating in various fishing competitions. As he overcomes obstacles, he gains the ability to work through complex issues and learn from failures to the point where he can fish anything out of the water. He meets a variety of foes and allies along the route who give him experience points and aid in his development.
