PLOT
An organization called Vischio took control of Tokyo and renamed it Toshima after a third global war that left Japan in shambles. Battle games known as Igura, supervised by the Vischio, take place in the city's back alleys. Participants fight and take blood baths to earn the right to face the tournament's king, Il-re. The Bl@ster fighting game is comparable to Igura but very distinct from it in that it forbids murder and the use of firearms. The only way to triumph is by eliminating the opposition. Akira is a young man who lives alone and is regarded as unbeatable in Bl@ster. His successful existence, however, is destroyed when he is charged with murder. All hope seems to be lost because he can't demonstrate his own innocence, but then a mystery woman named Emma shows there and gives him a chance. Akira must now take part in Igura and finally beat Il-re in order to reclaim his freedom.
