PLOT
Captain Seijuurou Kamiyama of the Imperial Combat Revue's Flower Division in Tokyo departs on a covert assignment in 1941, a year after Sotetsu Genan was vanquished, and Sakura Amamiya temporarily assumes charge. After an incident in Europe, Kamiyama takes Klara M. Ruzhkova, a young Russian girl, and places her in the care of the Flower Division. The Flower Division must stop Valery Kaminski, the captain of the Moscow Combat Revue, who has been ordered to Tokyo to collect Klara.
