Himiko, a previous Yamatai queen who has been reincarnated, has made the decision to declare war on all Kanto-based magatama users. She needs to collect the real Three Sacred Treasures of Japan in order to reclaim her lost kingdom. Chuubou Sonken, Hakufu Sonsaku's recently discovered sister, awakens her dragon but passes out when Asaemon Yamada, Himiko's friend, brutally attacks Nanyou Academy—which is home to the precious sword Himiko is after. Hakufu must retrieve her magatama from the Jofuku Temple, a storied location where she will undergo training that could endanger her life, in order to save her sibling. The Kanto warriors will have to band together in order to thwart Himiko's enigmatic ambitions as the line separating the living from the dead begins to blur in Jofuku.
