PLOT
With the implementation of stringent new morality regulations, Japan has been purified of all that is immoral and disgusting. Authorities have taken great lengths to guarantee that society remains chaste by monitoring residents using special gadgets placed around their necks. Tanukichi Okuma, the son of a notorious terrorist who opposed the chastity laws, has just started high school and is volunteering his assistance to the student council in an effort to get closer to the president Anna Nishikinomiya, a childhood friend and the object of his affection. He has no idea that the vice president, Ayame Kajou, is actually Blue Snow, a masked criminal who targets the sheltered public with filthy content. Tanukichi has the girl's attention because of his father's notoriety. Tanukichi is soon coerced into joining her SOX group, where he is made to disseminate vulgar propaganda and aid in the uprising against the tyrannical reign of the government. Tanukichi will be forced to act inconceivable when he learns that their primary target is the person he most admires, with their school set as the first point of assault.
