PLOT
There are two societies on the planet Zora: the Civilians, who are compelled to dwell in the harsh desert wilderness, and the Innocent, an enlightened civilization that resides in domed cities. Any civilian who commits a crime is pardoned if they are not apprehended after three days, as ordered by the Innocent. Even though the three-day time has long since passed, civilian Jiron Amos seeks retribution against the evil outlaw Timp Sharon for killing his parents. Jiron joins forces with the Sandrats, a band of robbers, and kidnaps Cargo's daughter Elchi in an effort to exact revenge by stealing the mecha Xabungle from the businessman. Elchi ultimately becomes sympathetic to Jiron's cause. Jiron's quest for vengeance quickly escalates into a larger struggle, one that finally leads to the Civilians rebelling against the Innocents' reign.
