PLOT
It is believed that the uncommon and mysterious Puberty Syndrome is a myth. It is a rare sickness that exclusively affects youth, and because it only manifests as supernatural occurrences, very few people are aware of it. However, Sakuta Azusagawa, a high school student, is aware from personal experience that it is very much genuine and is extremely common in his school.
