Koutarou Satomi, a first-year high school student, is forced to find a cheap place to live alone after his father is abruptly relocated for his profession. He naturally seizes the opportunity to relocate to Corona House's Room 106 for just 5,000 yen per month. While initially everything seems to go according to plan, Koutarou quickly finds himself with far more than he bargained for after discovering a mystery cave while working a part-time job. The following evening, Koutarou receives several seemingly mythological visitors who all assert ownership of the impoverished student's residence. The alleged haunting ghost Sanae Higashihongan, magical girl Yurika, alien princess Theiamillis Gre Fortorthe, and Kiriha Kurano, an Earth Peoples descendent, are among the invaders. More significantly, none of these four girls will give up without a struggle because they all need Koutarou's flat for different reasons! Rokujouma no Shinryakusha! is a humorous conflict combining otherworldly beings, amorous high school shenanigans, and a deceptively friendly landlady over a six-tatami mat apartment.
