PLOT
Thirty years have passed since the Space Colonization Program's failure. The end of humanity is imminent. On Earth, a dreadful, never-ending rain falls. Men who call themselves "Junkers" steal valuables and relics from abandoned cities. One such Junker enters the most perilous ruin—a "Sarcophagus City"—alone. He finds a planetarium from the pre-War era in the middle of this deserted city. And a companion robot named Hoshino Yumemi welcomes him as he arrives. She assumes without a shadow of a doubt that he is her first client in thirty years. She tries to use the planetarium projector to show him the stars all at once, but it is broken. He finally decides to try to fix the projector after failing to understand what she was saying.
