PLOT
Ayanagi City, a city close to the Japan Sea, serves as the scene. It is a futuristic city that was constructed in order to help the country recover from the devastation brought on by the "Apathy Syndrome" ten years earlier. After ten years, Shin Kanzato, a high school student, and his younger brother Jun reunite with their elder brother Ryou, the Ayanagi City Police Chief. Ayanagi City experiences a number of strange occurrences at that time, including the crew of a submarine that mysteriously vanishes while still inside the vessel, a spiritless symptom that disturbs the world ten years later, and the inside-out corpse incident, in which a student took on a cruel appearance. Shin wakes the "Persona" after becoming entangled in the series of incidents and Ryou locating the group responsible for them.
