PLOT

The series follows Rem Ayanokoji, a young private detective who is not like any other detectives. She has the ability to enter other people's dreams. In the dream world, she becomes a Dream Hunter, fighting against the dark creatures known as Nightmares that cause people to have terrible dreams. In "New Dream Hunter Rem: Dream Knights," Rem, along with her sidekicks, continue to protect the dream world. They confront new Nightmares and face various challenges to ensure peaceful dreams for all. As an OVA, this installment was released independently from television broadcasting and was typically shorter and self-contained. As such, it is best appreciated by those already familiar with the "Dream Hunter Rem" series.
