PLOT
"Natsu no Arashi!" or "Summer Storm!" is a supernatural, romantic, comedy anime series based on the manga of the same name by Jin Kobayashi. The series first aired in 2009 and was produced by Shaft. The story takes place over the summer vacation and revolves around Yasaka Hajime, a boy who spends his holidays at the old town's coffee shop, 'Hakobune Cafe'. One day, he meets a mysterious girl named Arashi, who claims to be a ghost from World War II. As they become friends, Hajime discovers that Arashi isn't just a ghost, but a time traveler, who has the ability to travel back and forth through time. Even more surprising, Hajime himself gains this ability by forming a connection with Arashi. Together with their friends, they try to leverage their time-traveling abilities to prevent certain events in the past.
