PLOT
The land of Edo is under attack by enormous insects that resemble monsters. The Insect Magistrates are a collection of fighters who specialize in various secret arts and combat modalities. The creatures are persecuted because they are too strong to be controlled by common people. They call upon the master swordsman from the Tsugaru Province, Genjuurou Tsukishima, to increase their power. Genjuurou, however, is unable to fulfill the call due to an unfortunate event and sends his son, Jinbee, to serve in his place. Jinbee accepts to go to Edo and join the Insect Magistrates because he is determined to make amends for the incident brought on by his own cowardice. Jinbee makes a commitment to grow as a samurai and eradicate the bug threat from Edo once and for all, armed with his fiery spirit and unflinching will.
