PLOT
An AA battery powers Miss Monochrome, an android. She shares a home with Ruu-chan, a robot vacuum, who is her sole buddy. Miss Monochrome embarks on her journey to fame in the hopes of one day meeting her idol Kikuko, about whom she has strangely recurrent dreams. She faces challenges, though, and fights to become an idol for the first time. Despite Miss Monochrome's odd methods—like hiring her boss from a convenience store—she consistently stands out from the pack and shines in the spotlight due to her determination.
