PLOT
Introducing the characters, their backgrounds, and their goals is how the first season starts. Five noblemen—Orpherus, Eduard, Camus, Lui, and Naoji—attend the esteemed Rozenstolz academy and are enrolled in the Strahl class, which prepares students to compete for advisory roles in Kuchen, a small European nation. A writer from England named Isaac stops by Kuchen. The five noblemen must contend with dishonest politicians, secret agents, attempted murder, and ambitious people from both inside and outside of school who threaten to disturb the tenuous peace in their nation and even assassinate the king while they are still students.
