PLOT
Linn Suzuki encounters a bizarre object protruding from the sidewalk as she is strolling through the streets of Tokyo. She is suddenly attacked by thugs, but she receives assistance from a stunning stranger, who defeats them all. It appears that young Linn, who was last seen working for the Kuon Detective Agency, has escaped from her terrible mistress in Deep Kyoto and is now in Edo, where she hopes to locate her long-lost brother. By accident, Miho Kuon, the stranger, agrees to let Linn stay with her (nicknaming her Kotetsu, or Little Tetsu after her brother, Tetsujin). However, Miho is being sought after by a shadowy organization known as the Syndicate, and Linn is currently involved.
