PLOT
When Kazuma Satou passed away, he had the option of entering heaven or being resurrected in a fantastical setting. After he decided on the new planet, the goddess Aqua gave him the duty of eliminating the Demon King and gave him free rein to select any weapon to help him. Kazuma regrets having chosen to bring Aqua by herself and has done so ever since. He is forced to live with a useless divinity who has become a party archpriest, and they both need to earn enough money to cover their living expenses. Their party kept expanding as more troublesome adventurers joined them, which only made their difficulties worse. Megumin, their representative spellcaster, is an expert in explosion magic and is only willing to learn one spell every day. Lalatina "Darkness" Dustiness Ford, a helpless masochist who makes Kazuma appear good in comparison, is another one of their steadfast fighters. In Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! 2, Kazuma and the rest of his party are followed through endless new adventures as they try to make ends meet and deal with the troublesome personalities of one another. However, plans rarely come to fruition and they frequently become diverted by their own idiosyncratic characteristics.
