PLOT
Chisato Takatsukasa, an author who is 35 years old, appears so young that anyone would assume he is in his early 20s. His idol, best-selling mystery writer Saki Shunka, who is as mysterious in real life as she is in her book plots, served as an inspiration for his writing. Riju, 15, has a very overprotective father named Chisato who believes that the "friends" Riju frequently invites over are actually predators looking for a chance to contaminate his prized child. Chisato will therefore go to any lengths, even to the most extreme, to ensure that they never return. However, despite Chisato's best efforts, Riju's somewhat persistent best buddy Shunsuke Sakaki is the one person he despises the most. However, the reasons behind these characters' actions are hidden secrets that bubble to the surface. What what does Shunsuke know about the enigmatic author his friend's father admires, and why is Chisato so apprehensive of Riju's friends?
