PLOT
Ichika Usami, a happy adolescent, gets her love of sweets from her mother's baking. She tries her hand at baking a cake herself to celebrate her mother's return from abroad. A dog-like fairy named Pekorin bursts into the kitchen, interrupting her. Ichika makes her cake successfully with Pekorin's assistance. Then an imp by the name of Gummy breaks in and makes an attempt to take the cake's "kirakiraru," a magical quality that gives sweets the capacity to make people happy. The fairy aids Ichika in understanding the significance of the cake and the love it stands for, despite the fact that she originally provides her cake to Gummy to protect Pekorin. Ichika becomes Cure Whip, a hero known as a Pretty Cure, after the kirakiraru within her cake expands into a collection of accessories. She continues to fight kirakiraru robbers whenever they emerge using her newly discovered abilities. Ichika battles to defend Ichigozaka's sweets and picks up a variety of new colorful companions along the road.
