PLOT
After the events of "Scorched Halloween," a terrifyingly potent Strategic class magician is revealed to the world. The elite magician unit "Stars" and its commander, Angie Sirius, are sent on a covert mission to Japan by the United States of the North American Continent (USNA) in an effort to find out who this person is. Tatsuya Shiba and his pals are throwing a farewell celebration for Shizuku Kitayama at First High School because she is departing to pursue an exchange program at the USNA. The group now welcomes Angelina "Lina" Kudou Shields in her place. Tatsuya learns about the USNA's strategy to discover his true identity around the same time.
