PLOT
Waver Velvet, now Lord El Melloi II, instructs students at the Clock Tower, the hub of mage education, ten years after suffering defeat in the Fourth Holy Grail War. The condition of his new position as "Lord" is that he must follow Reines' instructions until she is old enough to take control of the House of El Melloi. Reines is the younger sister of the recently departed Kayneth El Melloi. Waver accepts a number of cases that Reines and the Mages Association have given him, along with his enigmatic disciple Gray. Could there be more to the Clock Tower than first meets the eye, and what secrets does Reines conceal, since each case appears to be more complicated than the last?
