PLOT
Akane Kikuchi considers her childhood aspiration of becoming a manga artist and the lack of progress she has made as she leaves for her entrance ceremony at Sainotama Girls' High School. She is shocked to discover that when she finally gets to school, she is once again in the same class as her two closest friends: the heartless and emotionless Shiori Saginomiya and the hyperactive and absurd Nozomu Tanaka. Tanaka then comes to the apparent conclusion that attending an all-girls high school will prevent her from realizing her elementary school dream of becoming popular with the boys and having a boyfriend. She starts pleading with the other girls in her class for introductions to their male friends out of desperation. But her classmates are anything but typical. Each one is given a fitting nickname by Tanaka to emphasize their peculiarity, from a grandmother-loving loli to a recluse chuunibyou to an excessively analytical stalker. These high school girls' wasteful days officially started with the simple question, "Hey, want to hear something amazing?"
