PLOT
After the battle, women have taken control of Chuo ward politics and prohibited and destroyed weapons. Due to this, guys have started engaging in rap battles while wearing hypnosis microphones, which have the power to hypnotize listeners and alter their brain processes. The renowned rap group The Dirty Dawg, however, has divided into four sections, each of which represents a region of Tokyo, Japan, and engages in verbal combat using the Hypnosis Mics.
