PLOT
The International Secret Police Agency's director, Onigawara, was eager to develop Takeshi into a top-notch criminal investigator. Takeshi received instruction, which helped him develop into a skilled martial artist and all-around athlete. Onigawara, however, rejected Takeshi because of how incongruous his perspective on battling crime was with his own. Takeshi first conducted his own independent investigations into crimes before working as Takeshi Yoroi, Joe Kuruma's sidekick and general handyman. However, Takeshi secretly acquired a new synthetic polymer called polymet from a scientist that was far stronger than steel. With the use of this polymet, Takeshi changed into Hurricane Polymar, a superhero outfit who fights for justice and dismantles numerous gangs.
