PLOT
Yui Yumekawa, a sixth-grader at Avocado Academy, daydreams a lot and aspires to be an idol despite the fact that her school forbids kids from using PriPara. After obtaining her PriTicket, she learns that a new PriPara is opening and that Laala Manaka, the previous series' Divine Idol who is also her roommate at Avocado Academy because she was assigned there to fulfill her Divine Idol responsibilities, is in town. As a result of a system bug that prevents Laala from performing PriPara changes due to a fold in her PriTicket, Yui does not believe this, and she is not persuaded until she sees Laala's idol form during the former's maiden performance in Paparajuku. The forthcoming Idol Time Grand Prix has also been announced, however without spectators, Laala's position as a Divine Idol and the Paparajuku PriPara would both be terminated. As a result, it is up to Laala and Yui to maintain a steady stream of visitors to Paparajuku PriPara as several characters from the first season show up to lend a hand.
