PLOT
Before wizards and witches exploited magic to wage war on one another and bring the earth to the verge of extinction, it was a world full of magic. In order to stop this, a group of wizards created a device known as the "Magiaconatus," which contained all of the world's magic. Since that time, magic has mostly been forgotten and wizards have been steadily vanishing, with only a few magical families remaining around the world. The Granbelm, a competition between magical females who control enormous robots called "Armanox," has given magic a new lease on life in the modern era. The winner is dubbed the "Princeps Mage" and gains access to all the magic contained in the Magiaconatus. When Mangetsu Kohinata learns she is a magician and acquires her own Armanox, the White Lily, her commonplace existence is permanently altered. Mangetsu encounters other girls fighting in the Granbelm for the fulfillment of their aspirations.
