PLOT
"Dungeon ni Deai wo Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka", also known as "Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?" or simply "DanMachi", is a popular anime series based on the light novel series of the same name by Fujino Omori. In the story, we follow the adventures of Bell Cranel, a naive young man who aspires to become the greatest adventurer in the land. He hopes to follow in his grandfather's footsteps by picking up a cute girl in the dungeon. The "dungeon" in the series is a massive, multi-leveled labyrinth that exists beneath the city of Orario. It's filled with monsters and, for those who can defeat them, potentially limitless treasure. The setting of Orario is also known for its system of gods and goddesses, who have come down to earth and each formed a "familia" of adventurers who they bless with special powers. Bell himself is the sole member of the Hestia Familia, led by the goddess Hestia, who becomes a love interest of sorts for him.
