PLOT

"Dogs: Bullets & Carnage" is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Shirow Miwa. It was adapted into a two-episode original video animation (OVA) series in 2009. The story is set in a dystopian future and follows four main characters: Haine, a "Stray Dog" who is a result of a failed experiment and possesses amazing fighting skills; Badou, an information broker and gunman who is constantly looking for his next high; Naoto, a swordswoman seeking revenge for the death of her family; and Mihai, a former assassin living a peaceful life but haunted by his past. These characters each have their own dark pasts and are seeking redemption or revenge. They live in a world filled with violence and mystery, where underground organizations and crime syndicates manipulate society from the shadows. As the story progresses, their paths cross, and they start to unravel their pasts and face the dark reality of their world.
