PLOT
The two members of Trouble Consultant team 234, also known as the "Lovely Angels," are Kei and Yuri. The majority of the missions they work on end in disaster, but not failure: They usually catch the wanted fugitive, but in the process they devastate a city, earning them the epithet "Dirty Pair," which they openly detest. Even though their very existence tends to make the situations for which they are employed worse, they are never truly found to be at fault for the significant collateral damage, hence they are never accused of any crime by the 3WA's Central Computer. They share extrasensory perception abilities, though not always; these abilities are typically restricted to precognition. They were initially chosen for recruitment because of their talent.
