PLOT
Two girls, Nagisa Misumi and Honoka Yukishiro, are the main characters of Futari wa Pretty Cure. They meet Mipple and Mepple from the Garden of Light, who give them the ability to change into the emissaries of light, Cure Black and Cure White, to battle the forces of the Dark Zone: a dimension of evil that has infringed on the Garden of Light and is about to do the same to the Garden of Rainbows, Earth. The Cures look for the Prism Stones and put them in the Prism Hopish, a heart-shaped device guarded by Wisdom, the Guardian. Once they have found all of the Prism Stones, their power transports them to the Garden of Light and mostly undoes the harm the Dark Zone caused. Porun, the Prince of the Garden of Light, gives the Pretty Cure team permission to utilize their Rainbow Bracelets later in the series when they take down the Dark King.
