PLOT
"Free!: Take Your Marks" is a 2017 Japanese animated film in the "Free!" series. The movie, created by Kyoto Animation and Animation Do, follows the story of the characters after the events of the "Free!: Eternal Summer" series. The film is a compilation of four different stories, taking place in March as Haruka is about to graduate from high school. These stories depict the characters' relationships, their worries about the future, and the emotional growth they go through during this pivotal period in their lives. The film also explores the bonds of friendship and the passion for swimming that these characters share. The four parts are titled: Unmei no Choice! (Choice of Destiny!) Hitou no Cooling Down! (Cooling Down at the Secret Hot Spring!) Yuzurenai Thoughts! (United Feelings!) Tabitachi no Eternal Blue! (The Eternal Blue of Journeys to Come!)
